Refunds/Transfers: No refunds will be issued for this race; however, we will roll over your registration for the following year's race. If you have signed up for the race and cannot make it, and do not want to roll over for the following year, you may transfer your registration (please notify the race directors of the transfer so that we may update our enrollment list) to another runner and have that runner make payment directly to you.

Race Cost: Please refer to the UltraSignup page https://ultrasignup.com/register.aspx?did=65719

Weather/Rain: This is Florida, if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes! During the month of August, 2016 the current course was 95% dry. The directors ran the course on September 11, 2016 and experienced approximately four miles of water! On race day 2016 the course was 95 to 100% dry! We will attempt to create a way for runners to cross any water crossings without getting wet; however, it is a trail race, and since Florida is primarily a swamp, runners should always plan for getting wet. If the course is under a lot of water on race day we may reroute the course to utilize more of the Park service roads but this will only be in an extreme case. We will keep everyone updated on the course conditions as we near race time.

Camping/Hotels: There are camp sites at the Race Start/Finish area.  All park rules must be followed if you are camping in this area. The race is situated between the Vero Beach and Palm Bay exits off Interstate I-95. If you prefer a room to camping, both of these exits have several hotels to choose from. The are also a few motels and resorts located close to the race in the city of Sebastian.

Cutoff Times: 32 hours; minimum of 3.2 hours per 10 miles loop or 19:12 min/mile average. There are no hard cutoffs, so you have the entire 32 hours to cover any distance that you can.

Pacers: Pacers will be allowed in both the 50 mile and 100 mile distances. For the 50 mile distance you will be allowed a pacer after 30 miles (three loops). For the 100 mile distance you will be allowed a pacer after 50 miles (five loops). The pacer is allowed to supply food and drink or supplies to their runner. Please provide food and drink for your pacers, we will not have enough supplies to feed and water both the runner and a pacer.

Drop bags: Drop bags will be allowed at the 5 mile aid station. Please make sure the bag is of good construction, easy to transport and seals properly.  We would appreciate runners marking their bags (just like at the airport when you travel!) - please mark your drop bag in some way that makes it easy to identify. Drop bags can be left at the Start/Finish area on Friday night or Saturday morning before 7 a.m.  Please ask about the drop bag location when you pick up your pre-race packet.

Race Timing: Race Timing will be performed by Mike Melton (MCM Timing and Results LLC) with real-time tracking and quick overall results. You will be required to wear a timing chip from Mike which you will receive at race check in.

Race Research: Since we are Florida's Race Research people, yes, there will be research. We will send out a link to all registered runners about the research for this race. We hope to have some exciting research projects at Saint Sebastian 100 for you to participate in!

Aid Stations: 2 main aid stations - one at Start/Finish and the second at the 5 mile mark. If the temperatures and/or humidity are unusually high, we will provide at least one additional self-fill water stop. If you are running at the back of the pack (closer to the 19:12 min/mile pace) you will have approximately 100 minutes between aid stations. All runners are expected to carry a water source (bottle, pack...).
